My love for design started in 2012 from modifying my Tumblr blog to look pretty for visitors, to self-teaching myself how to code. I started freelancing from 2015, creating print and digital products such as packaging, logos, and web design. Looking back and where I started, I’m glad curiosity got the best of me.
I like to be efficient, mastering my tools makes speed my passive ability, and I’m a pixel pusher perfectionist.
I’m about to finish my diploma in digital media design, barely starting the race in the uncertainty called career path. I hope one day I’ll be able to leave a good mark in this world by bridging that gap to help people with my designs.
I’ve always seen myself as a chameleon, I blend and adapt to my surroundings, I put myself in the shoes of users, brand owners. Just like liquid, I will bend and adapt to fill any mold.
This is just another fancy way of saying I’m a minimalist. As liquid always levels-out when poured into a new container, I like to balance the “looks nice” and “works nice”.
There’s always room to improve, and room to expand. I’m constantly on the search for new points to add and smooth out my processes.
Design is a powerful solution that goes beyond aesthetics. It acts as a bridge, connecting multiple stakeholders and their unique communication intentions. As designers, we have the ability to close the gap and facilitate effective collaboration between users, clients, and developers.
